I think with this pricing..facilities..leasehold..size.

Better u spend another 30k to buy that pear avenue subsalales?...or even better that ammera or even better the mewah 9... OR that next to billion lease hold?

actually many low medium cost already done something like this

they add car park, add security, upgarde with tiles, some add swimming, surau, hall etc.

check the setia alam, bukit tinggi, kepong, sungai buluh and cheras since year 2010.

3years ago saw this project...it was overprice that time.

Now saw this un finished sold project still think it is overprice.
