Hi there all, am planning to get a Shure E2C. But am curious as to why there are two different packaging for it.

Firstly, there's the purple one.



And there's the red one.



Are they the same? Or is one of them an imitation version.

ah, ic. But, physically, are there any differences in terms of accessories or sound I wonder?

The cheapest I found so far was RM280 dlvd from U.K. Which is a hell lot of difference from the 99usd RRP. That is why I was asking if this IEM had an imitation.

Oh, isn't the G series is targeted for gamers? There's no diff except the casing is black instead of translucent or is there more? But I won't be using it for gaming though.

Owned a pair of these last time. It's super duper hard to wear. The damn sponges just won't compress enough to fit in my ear (even with the smallest one). In the end, somehow managed to figure out a way to wear it.

The bass is thumping, otherwise it's a so so earphones.

lol, sound is very subjective.
