Hi guys, just to share. I just bought Sony EX81. They let me try the demo first but you must ask the sales person. Its in the counter. After trying, EX71 is more bass and the treble is medium. Maybe its burn coz a lot of ppl try before hand. Therefore the new EX81 although not burn yet but the sound is balance and its much more comfortable and the clips is feather weight not plastic but medium soft rubber. I chosen EX81 coz the durability and sound is more balance. The sales person said that EX71 is much more better. When I look at the demo set, the EX71 already showed the wire and the material is too soft + flimsy. Some how rather the EX71 earpiece is also soft rubber. EX81 is entry level for low-end in-ear phones. Every decision is depends on your budget. This is also IMHO. Pls try before buying and bring own MP3 player when trying. Hope it helps. Merry Christmas!
PS: Now burning the EX81. Update later. The price is RM169. EDIT: No hard feelings and offence to EX71 user. Thanks! |

Sony Wing KLCC. Today its open till 12.00pm. So you can go and have a try. But remember to ask the sales person so they can take the demo set from the counter. Its in the counter. You can actually touch the material and know what I mean. EX71 definately very thin, flimsy and not durable. Merry Christmas!
