Now having problem with New Edge, paid for a security door 2 months ago , told them wanna install early oct until now havent got the door. I have paid for 3 door actually front door kitchen door and balcony, now waiting for balcony door.

Same here, having issue with their lock (like it is jam when turning open/close with key) and subsequently their service, ie promise to come to investigate but no show for many times, and finally they now do not pick up my call. I would personally avoid New Edge from now on. |
