i was wondering it myself and found the following answer in the FAQ !

You're most likely missing these, you can get these by trading with friends

•The other 4 elemental monkeys (you should have got the Pan- and Simi- of just one type)
•The other gender of Unfezant
•The other 3 seasons of Deerling/Sawbuck
•The other gender of Frillish/Jellicent

don't forget to check with fellow 3DS owners to see if they have them to trade with u during this week's meetup *haha*

but i love the pilotwing resort.. i only felt boring after i get all star (include the diamond Class)...
but retry the balloon challenge never make me felt boring...
