Do I consider as MOC member if I'm a prepaid user for >2 years?
I'd recall Maxis One Club as a privilege for
postpaid users.
For those enrolled into the programme, most likely they'd already know from MOC's SMS and snail mails.

Well, heard from those who have been capped on Celcom SKMM, the speed lowered to 512kbps upon exceeding predetermined quota (not really the ones printed on the pack, it's actually around 1GB - 2GB). Still unlimited, and not so shabby compared to regular Streamyx which costs almost quadruple than that.
Already have one Celcom SKMM and my sibling is using it. Never heard bout slowdown on the connection, other than some hiccups also faced by the ones on non-SKMM plan (it's Celcom, what do you expect?). Maybe that depends on the SIM's region, coz rumors are lots of card already got 512kbps cap as a result of the 'crackdown'.
btw since the price is so high for a pack, and due to lots of factors sizing up the uncertainties, it's better to get normal subscription. Commit the plan that comes with a device, that gonna save a lot in the long run.
