ek? means like dell's complete cover? if so, even adding rm200 is worth it
*
It does cover most of the major hardware such as motherboard, HDD, LCD screen, and etc. But not like Dell's Complete Cover as Dell provide warranty even you accidentally spilled water into your laptop which HP doesn't cover this. But still it worth adding the extra for 3 years warranty. Try to buy from techhypermart, they only sell at the price of RM79, so far this is the cheapest I have found, by the way I bought the warranty @ RM120.

If I'm not mistaken it's 2 months instead of 10 days.

i have doubt about this laptop seriously cos i feel its spiky whenever i open or close/minimize window.

i have thinking of formating now and change it to windows professional.

btw, the SF4 is pirated cd. anyway, if i format, how about the windows update and graphic driver?

Maybe your laptop is faulty. Cause it seems like everyone else DV6 is working great.

Maybe you could find the seller and ask for warranty...

and you should try other games

did u get the Black Ops CD from ur friend yet? install it...and see if it spikes.

Alright. But you can at least ask the seller regarding the problem you encounter. Maybe they can help you out since you buy from them...

My crysis2game works well already once into the game. Think the introduction video makes my graphics go nuts. I've changed the graphics settings to medium once I start playing the missions. biggrin.gif will try out other games later!

i think HP technicians have the tools to check your notebook's performance, you may try to send back to HP centre and let them check

@Vox: Some things to try out:

1) Defrag your hard drive.

2) Restore your system to stock using the Recovery CDs you made.

3) Sue HP.

send back to HP Centre, tell them your problem and they will check since there may be hardware failures. better than you keep on making noise here and no solution can be found
