who has gotten their dv6 ordered through hp store online? the headphone, bag, printers, laptop sent out from different locations on different dates?

okay beats audio controller is there but not in start menu, its in the tray
if i format will it come back automatically? or do i hav to install it. i didnt get any cds :S onyl a tech support cd |

I'm wondering why my BatteryCare and HWMonitor doesn't shows the temperature of my HDD but the other components did show, such as processor, GPU, and etc. Only HDD doesn't show. Anyone has solution for this?

I've been having the same no HDD temperature problem in HWMonitor since day one. It's just weirdness, I guess.
