Hi people out there, I've been worried about this situation long time ago, and I always think of what else I can do to gain weight/ to grow stronger. Anyway today I decided to create a thread here as I know many of you are experienced in fitness topic, and I believe I can start doing something that will help myself after getting advices from you all today.
I'm 18 this year, my height is about 174cm and with 50kg of weight. My weight has never changed after my form 3 year. No idea but no matter how much I eat, I still looked the same.
The worst part is when I take off my cloth, I can see the "bone" both above my chest. It's not only I can see, I can even touch it because it's like just wrapped with a thin skin.
And for my waist, it's only 26"
Ok guys, I think that's what I could think of to describe my situation now. I really keen to learn and know more to change my body shape, but I was always clueless.
So people! Hopefully I can get some guidance and advice here, million thanks!!!
IMHO, you need more self esteem than weight.I'm 18 this year, my height is about 174cm and with 50kg of weight. My weight has never changed after my form 3 year. No idea but no matter how much I eat, I still looked the same.

Well anyways, I'm in the same boat as you under weight.
Trust me when I tell you aren't eating much, if you eat 2000 calories every 4 hours (assumption) it won't be as effective as eating 500 calories every hour.
Try eating every 1-2 hours, hit the gym do some overall muscle workouts such as Squats, Deadlifts, Bench press, Pull-up, Chin-up, Leg Press. While your at that, invest some money into mass gainer or weight gainer. I'd suggest mass gainer.
With strict discipline and proper rest, you'll grow in no time.
