But I need to use cutter to cut out da shape? unsure.gif
*
only cut if u think u want it to look better.. as in cut it to the shape of the sticker itself.. if not bothered or don't care, just let it be like how it was from the box nod.gif

i wonder if the colour of our gundam kit will fade if exposed to sunlight for long time, thinking of display it in my room but got sunlight shine through my window and the curtain is not those high density dark colour curtain

and i think of apply some of my car wax to my model kit since i already did this to my LCD TV, PS3, my laptop and my laptop screen tongue.gif
*
that's not gonna give the same result since car is painted while gunpla are coloured plastics

I have loads of markers but I find it difficult to paint brush them =.=

thinking of getting another panel liner.. the tip of the black one is already hancur.. the lines become thick doh.gif
also, if got extra budget, wanna get a better side cutter.. Tamiya one costs about RM60 sweat.gif

yes, that's the one

seems like i have to go to KL for another time doh.gif
*
where u are actually? ur profile mentioned Ipoh.. from the toy/hobby shops list, there's a couple of shops in Ipoh:
Fun Act - Yik Foong Complex (2nd & 3rd Floor) 05-254 6291
Wai's Toys Shop - Yik Foong Complex (2nd Floor) 012-215 8017

any hobby/toys shop that sells gunpla kits usually have these markers (except for ToyCity/Toys R Us/shopping complex) and costs about RM10 each.. as for alternative, you might wanna try some of those engineering/technical sketch pens that you can find in most stationery shops.. costs about RM5 each, and have tip size from 0.2 - 0.5mm.. gundam markers have 0.2mm tip iinm nod.gif

i dont live in ipoh already, i live there before year 2008, now i move out to serdang, selangor or you can call it seri kembangan

beside marker, i still need to get thinner to remove some line i draw yesterday, the thinner from hardware shop can even remove house paint, so better dont try it on plastic laugh.gif

nvm, since i was free, so just go out aborb some UV rays and dirty air in KL
*
hey, that's close to me. I'm at Equine Park icon_rolleyes.gif

the nearest hobby shop that I know is Glory System Enterprise (auntie Lenny's shop) @Endah Parade, Sri Petaling.. but it's not that easy to reach via public transport.. the nearest LRT station is Bukit Jalil, but you need to walk some more to reach the place.. and also, the shop closed today.. laugh.gif

The box is almost square, for sure its not like sazabi or unic with ms cage box rite? 6000 yen are nearing 200rm. I dare not to think parkson/jusco/MJ price, 300 plus maybe brows.gif
*
judging by the shape of the box, I think It'll gonna be the same size as most of SEED series MG kits.. Strike + IWSP have quite a fair share of parts/runners, and the box is the same size as the SEED MGs...

The MG Destiny EBM Box is more thicker than MG Strike IWSP coz of the extra parts. So i assume maybe the MG 00 Raiser Box also same size with MG Destiny EBM wan.  laugh.gif
*
ooo.. u mean the thickness.. i tot u're saying about the width x length.. if that's the case then I'm gonna say it's possible laa nod.gif

so in total, how many "estimated" unbuilt boxes you guys have?

i got 0......kekeke
*
me? one. the aforementioned ABF. unbuilt as in not touch at all. all the runners still in plastic. after bought onli open up the plastic wrapper on the box to check the stuff inside.. can easily put some tape, and put back on shelf laugh.gif

planning to look for water slide decals for the ABF before start building.. wanna try something new this time nod.gif

QUOTE(Harddisk @ May 3 2011, 10:35 PM)
Don't so bad la. I only recommend those kit that I vouch for. Something that during/after building, he will says, "Good! Very good kit indeed."

Like this only he will listen to my advice ma, next time.

I got ask him to look into v2.0 kits also... whereby myself don't have any. lol.

Maybe in the long future, MkII AEUG la, but that future, still not visible to me. I think by the time, v3.0 also out already. laugh.gif
*
hahaha.. just joking la bro.. even myself would do the same.. recommend whichever is good nod.gif cannot racun too much, or it'll backfires.. turned out to be the friend bought all that you racun.. then you got jelly summore coz don't have money to buy doh.gif

I think the MGs now is already v3.0, or even v4.0... the v2.0 is only revision releases, as in an upgrade from old model (articulation and pose-ability).. talking about 2.0 kits, the Zeta 2.0 looks nice.. hmm.gif

^ yup, saw your Unicorn display head. Planning to try that also. Dunno diluting my gundam marker pen can use for panel lining or not. Don't want to purposely buy red paint for it.

Someone is recovering kot. My damage coming, if Galaxy Tab 10.1 is on shore. Die die...

Luckily decided to put Gundam buying on hold. *wipe sweat*

But seriously, buying Gundam kits really a cheap hobby la, compared to scaled figure/nendos. It's more like, time you spend with them over the cost of the kit. It's like totally worth it.
*
I enjoy assembling & detailing a lot, so gunpla is the best hobby for me so far.. nendos does look super-kawaii, but nothing much can be done with them.. also it costs a lot more than gunpla laugh.gif
