But yea i gotta agree ME has to come close.

Team Bondi is relatively new and have people from The Getaway http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Team_Bondi

from the previews i get the feeling the game will be more about investigating crimes than shooting dudes in the face.

if you want more over-the-top action i think have to wait for Saints Row 3 (according to the developer SR3 is more about punching dudes in the crotch, for every melee/range weapon they have different crotch punching animation - taken from GameInformer)

and oya in case you didn't know Activision cancelled True Crime Hong Kong.

I will get it too, but maybe not on the 1st day lar.
