Dun think sime Darby ll sell it cheap. If Damen has leftover units and not selling at inflated price eg ori price then it's not a bad move to grab it. Vp early 2016. So it's gd tat buying now 'll save some in interest. But I blif no longer dibs.

I don't know how much the concept can be a success when Summit is right next door....and it's not that far to places like Pyramid, Parade, Empire. In SS16, there's a very similar concept called Subang Avenue....the mall below the apartments is like almost dead, and there was so much excitement about Avenue when it was under development. |
