That's an example of how a bubble can be created.

Launch it with x price, keep increasing it until it is fully sold. If lucky everything is sold, everyone is happy. If unfortunate did not gather enough buyers to reach break even point, burst !!!

Ldp however much traffic also keep moving. This usj can sit in the car watch the road for 15mins Anyway i'm not saying damen no good or good. Just the traffic no improve..

so easy bubble meh , heard this from 2008, 4 years d . now looking for small house also susah . 700 sf , 500k . big house 1m ....

Different. LDP is because of huge traffic but USJ summit is the issue with 3-tier traffic light and 2 massive T junctions.

Not sure if you have tried a different route from Puchong Puteri to Damansara Jaya, ie puteri --> LDP Subang -> elite --> ......

From Kesas to LDP puchong, just have to wait a little more to see if the widening of LDP at Puchong Jaya helps.

Actually Malaysian r quite lucky to hav so many highways liao lo. The major prob is public transport. Tats y so many ppl buying so many cars. If LRT MRT or etc etc r good enuf, maybe noone ll complaint bout traffic jam.

USJ1 traffic is bad, but its just s serious for other places. Of cos when v r toking bout 3hrs no movement, its onli once a yr or once in a few mths time. I did stuck in Jln Tun Razak for more than 3hrs. Mau kencing pun tak jadi. I oso did stuck in Jln Kepong Besar towards Sri Damansara. Tat 1 was de worst for me. De whole morning sit in de car just bcos got accident ahead.

Haha, anyway. Ini malesiah ma. Bear with it cos no choice ma.

Once in a while thing not so teruk lar. The most terrible thing are the everyday permanent feature.

Certainly not exhaustive, but these are the road which I think have "permanent disability" :-

1. LDP - the whole stretch.
2. USJ1
3. Kota Damansara

USJ1 traffic jam = gooding - they provide big screen TV entertainment at the traffic light there.

Im moving to USJ1 despite knowing the jam is shit haha. Dont scare me xP I read from somewhere that the government has agreed to the proposal of changing the whole traffic light and road system at the summit crossroad. Hopefully it does help abit. But no choice oso la.. most densely populated residential area in klang valley. jam is a must.

Malaysia got traffic light and police traffic also jam...
Some other country, do not have police and lack of traffic light, but the jam not as terrible as in malaysia..

Here malaysia traffic light green, stil can talk on the fon, sms, korek hidung, do hair, see mirror, make-up, dreaming etc.
Other country, once green light, they press oil like no body business..

And to all the queue cutter, kudos, you're the winner cause ppl waiting behind for so long, and u just come and u pass the traffic light. Especially those TAXI driver. Somemore drive BIG car and block the entire passage while cutting queue, which make those who wanna make turn into KESAS also kena block...Or else cut queue from the left, and signal all the way to right for heading KK-Shah Alam, no jam also impossible la...

Malaysian taxi drivers r some of the worst, they drove like all the roads belong to their fathers, they cut into everyones lane without giving a damn, becoz they knew it is not their bloody own car, and if u dunt give in they just knock into yur car, they drive dangerously by suddenly changing lanes without any warning, almost every week ive seen accidents involving taxi drivers, inc cases of turning turtle in front of Sunway Pyramid and also this evening another taxi knocked into someone rear..

Btw i read newspaper when traffic light red hehe..

I think a major reason for the jam is, our traffic lights not coordinated the person who programmed them dunno how they think

Is ok if you read newspaper or do anything like jerking or whatsoever (jahahah joking) if you're not in the frontline!
I still think that we're grateful for having such a moderated road facilities. And driver's is the problem to it. Another example at federal heading towards KLANG. when coming near to the sunway/LDP exit CONFIRM jam, why? If you manage to sit on the bus stop before the exit, you can notice, that DRIVER from the FAST LANE, suddenly break, and last minutes turning into the junction. fast lane stop, middle lane stop, slow lane stop, ALL stop cause of 1 driver who did that. Imagine an interval of 2 sec break per car...

And, try to use the slowest lane when near the sunway/LDP exit, after the junction+jam, there will be like 150m ahead in front only got car. weird right?
