Yup 28k but its the corner unit. Actually I prefer Taipan USJ but those shops look too old. So hopefully in the next few yrs USJ 1 can replace Taipan as the commercial focus for those living nearby.Can any sifu here share the office play in this area ? For Damen, its still pretty unknown for the rental yield. Just hope it can perform at 10psf for grd flr n bout 6 for 1st flr then everage out to b at least 8psf. Fyi, I bot 2-storey shop, not the 5-6 storey. Its not too risky I suppose.
