My father kena this BigWin scam whereby they charged RM1.60 per SMS received. They send 25 SMS per month, each RM1.60 since May 2020. Just called them and they mentioned it is by 3rd party company called bigwin and asked me to email to support@bigwin.promo which was ridiculous because first of all, the invoice is by Celcom and of course we deal with Celcom. In the end they said will rebate the amount but will take 3-5 working days. Let's see how it goes.I never registered for anything.

Meanwhile further checks in google revealed a 2018 article in celcom.com.my revealing this bigwin is owned by Celcom.
