Everyone seems to jump ship out from MIUI sad.gif Very sad no gang anymore.. i just reverted back to miui coz goatrip 1.7 xwjvb batt drains quite fast. I'm now a happy MIUI user.. with max and min freq @ 1.2ghz with UV -250mV .. f&f!

if renaming the files don't work, then just move those files to some other folders. it meets the purpose and on the same time preserves the future risk

does my "use packet data " need to be tick / activated always? smile.gif

cause i dont have any data plan wth my digi.. but i dont want to get shocking bills too...

or the data will only seed when i send mms or receive? :S

You can untick Use Packet Data if not using internet coz it will use ur credit. Or u can press Power Button for 2 seconds and toggle Data Network Mode. Its easier that way

Can I suggest everyone (or most of all of us) to put our latest Rom version, kernel, tweaks as our siggy? Its easier to share our reviews, feedback, reporting bugs etc

Yes, only root. Since your gf will use the phone, i recommend use froyo with speedmod kernel.. just apply the lagfix and enable the tweaks in recovery mode

An xda member in SGS thread has purchased SGS2. overall he satisfied with it especially the speed, only the colour quality in SGS is much better..

You must have custom Rom. Go to settings,display,unlock screen
If u cant find it, that means your rom doesnt have multi lockscreen
