Look like most buyer already sign LO and SnP, and start talkign about car park location.
Too bad I just back from outstation, my deadline is friday, lucky my SA told me can apply for extention, so there is still hope. Tomorrow will sign LO and at the same time ask for extention, just in case, this PBB cannot be trusted. This post has been edited by mayleou: Jun 12 2011, 11:46 PM |

Finally everything done... just waiting to sign loan agreement. Anyone know what is the legal fee to expect from T& C and how much discount we can ask for? Can we all buyer here pakat together to ask for discount? like if all buyer ask for the same discount everythime we sign the loan agreement will it be better?
