Look like most buyer already sign LO and SnP, and start talkign about car park location.

Too bad I just back from outstation, my deadline is friday, lucky my SA told me can apply for extention, so there is still hope.

Tomorrow will sign LO and at the same time ask for extention, just in case, this PBB cannot be trusted.

Finally everything done... just waiting to sign loan agreement. Anyone know what is the legal fee to expect from T& C and how much discount we can ask for? Can we all buyer here pakat together to ask for discount? like if all buyer ask for the same discount everythime we sign the loan agreement will it be better?

Mind sharing the name of SA that serve you? My SA is very nice and helpful.

The date of SPA is not the date you sign the SPA but another date. After you sign the SPA on 31 May, the lawyer will need to sent to the developer to sign also. Only when after the developer signed it, the lawyer will date the SPA. After this the SPA will be stamp at the stamping office/custom.

On what date to put is entirely at the discretion of the lawyer with the agreement of the developer, but I doubt they will back date the SPA to the date you sign the SPA needed to be stamp within erm... stipulated time frame from the date of the SPA, otherwise there will be penalty for late stamping which the developer/lawyer need to pay.

Look like you bought 2 units and wanted to sell one unit and one unit for own stay? Maybe just wait till completion and go to have a look at the actual unit before you decide lo

I've give up on the ipad already even I am use panel branch and T&C.

LA and fees issue settle already?? Anyone can PM me if cant discuss it due to BAR councils. I havent sign LA yet so dont know what to expect. I did't finance the legal fee.
