Ok..add here one pros is time saving,by using panel lawyer they already hv the info n details in hannd n the panel firm able to work faster rather thn external law firm keep on asking details/innfo from devwloper n developer slow in response and etc...

Dunno abt tis developer ,i not yet read the t&c...some of the developer will stated within 14working days hv to sign SPA.else developer hv right to forfeit ur deposit..but i thk this Amara hv not yet d Ap yet..time should be unnder control n tat why they offer ipad2..

Actually horr...from day1 ,i already ask the SA,there is no guarantee on klcc view..more called facing to Kl view...(pls chck the location n angle by urself)..i would sd hardly to get Klcc view....sure someone will tell u at KTm bridge there able to see Klcc,but pls check out the angle by urself...

showroom very general...no worry,the unit will come to u on empty condition,u just note d actual layout n titles...but sometimes the showroom not tally with actual unit..subject to authority changes..

dear all, so after 5days, developer still only hv 2 panel banks? If 2 banks hard to compare the blr rate...typically one development should hv 4-5 panel banks..so weird till this point of time,aanother banks still not been finalise and annouce?

Raub..i also got 1 unit from Semarak...so fast rm150k gain meh?last info from my SA on 11 May update,he said last unit 1200++sqft sold at rm290k..i thk semarak n penaga able to be complete by Q2 2012...apartment beside Angsana now selling ard rm170k..townhouse raintree rm400k++...steady,.

For me, Not worth.

1) refinanace with other banks - have to pay legal fees, valuation fees and other locking period...
2) not guarantee BLR better than now
3) most of the bank calculate 3 years from the 1st disrubment date. if just re-finance upon VP/completed... then might have some penalty..

anyway, cases to cases basis...maybe 3 years later...things change...

if really come out ipad4... do you still Apple still got manufacture ipad2? will stop manufactue for old product la....
just like i ask you to find me brand new Nokia 3310 now that manufacture in year 2012..

i think less as of < 10 units as of now....

meet some new friends there ...

No bother abt showroom...Today first time enter just just walk walk... Very boring... all showroom almost the same for price (rm250k-rm500k)... nothing was really impressed me...

Quite happy to grab 1 unit here..

Now is the time to searching Next Target...Headache...Not much bullets left but i can SMELL that many 'attractive' development is Coming soon,,, hehehe
