so many buyers only realize their car park when sign spa. should have enquire when place booking.
the car park lot are stated in the booking form

the CP assignment is based on the CP number that been assign during booking, not according to your block, so there will have some buyer face the situation like this : lot at block B, but CP at block C or vice-versa. doh.gif

Actually no matter what the figure this just make it more interesting, how to balance the optimum pricing vs view vs rentability etc

For this project I don't subscribe to 'level' being in play rather than view plus layouts.

BAD experience with this lawyer. over the phone the office told me that the LA is ready to sign and ask me to make appointment to sign it. then i ask about the fees. the lady pass me to a few oth staff and say will get back to me. and guess what they never got back to me. this is because they want to hide the fees that they will charge till the last moment when signing the LA. and they charge unnecessarily with sky high prices. rclxub.gif
