during booking, we jz get the CP number, during sign SPA time we just get the CP layout...

the CP assignment is based on the CP number that been assign during booking, not according to your block, so there will have some buyer face the situation like this : lot at block B, but CP at block C or vice-versa.

My friend and I have bought the unit from this AMARA (Batu Cave).
One conclusion! "Whenever see KIM Realty, We wont buy the Property"!!!
No matter how good is the property!

This is the worst experience that I have ever had for my property purchased!

that doesnt mean it's current price is rm380psf.
if it's top floor, then the average current pricing is easily lowered further.
even at rm300psf, it's pretty decent at this juncture.

property value is depends on the RM psf? Or different unit have different pricing. If count like RM psf a bit unfair for those who bought higher level.

For this project only 1k difference per floor, higher floors are ok la, dont lose sleep over this ...

Actually no matter what the figure this just make it more interesting, how to balance the optimum pricing vs view vs rentability etc

For this project I don't subscribe to 'level' being in play rather than view plus layouts.

Took a look at the site just now. Didnt seem too big to fit in a mall, but probably because its fenced. Ytl cement is kind of a turn off. But since my level is high up i just have to svoid looking doen so often.

This is my first house, so im still learning abt the process and all. Will definitely need yiur help later on

The lady at the counter just now said construction will mostly start in august this year

I've been trying to contact the lawyer (Tam) but he isn't getting back to me. My legal fees financed, so he said can't discont bla..bla..bla..translation: "its financed,so i'm taking the max I can claim"
This lawyer, claim fees pandai, wanna get back to customer, not interested..wtf man...
Anyway, I believe if we can approach this guy as a group will be easierla..Anyone volunteer to be our "spokesperson"?hehe

ask for price breakdown and say lot of your friends wondering y can't get discount.
the lawyer's been avoiding me i think. from last week too busy, no time to return my call.
