I am not checking further what version I have at that time either T and T1, as long I am not from Thailand and not using the modem bought outside from SEA. It just worked and currently still using it for more than a year already. Flashing is about less than 5 minutes.

Depends, any minutes or maybe few days. Call back you installer if nothing been change after 24hrs.

That is why you need to call the installer as they have to solve the problem within 14 days from the date of installation before any technical complaints handed over to TM. 2048 is for 2mbps as 4mbps we are supposed to get 40xx minimum setting. Usually the installer will call TM center, asking the technical person in charge to open the port according to subscription.
