OMG.... is there a way to help me to get a better routing? i've been getting very low connection for FTP

[attachmentid=2279736][attachmentid=2279737][attachmentid=2279738]
can this 3 link can be said bad ping & bad routing?
*
The lower the ping the better it is and the shorter the route the better it will be :-)

Routing is being assigned by iPNOC only they can do it and different ip range will produce different routing

Mx510... Is there anyway to get a bad or worst ping or routing so that i can change my ip to a better routing ip?
*
Disconnect n reconnect multiple times then test the ip with ping plotter,anyway i already lodged report to @TMCorp telling them they are having issues with 115.XX, 60.5X.XXX range and 110.XXX range and they are checking the issue at this moment

I will opt out from 4 Mbps starting end of this month for another Biz 5 Unifi due to needs of higher upload speed and lower latency to cater my work and development . However i will continue to assist any 4 Mbps users regarding the routing issue and problem.

This 175.142.x.x IP ranges is the lousiest. No one wants it elsewhere so they are dumping this to Perak people who they think are stupid not to know the difference after the re-routing works upgrade.
*
Unifi also had this same range but the ping is lower
