wei,anyways i dono is it me too over sensitive or wat..

still remember bout my last time case cranking and soon after that engine dies off..sometimes need to crank twice only then able to start??it only occurs when i pump esso la..the rest like petronas is ok..

or maybe as u mention earlier,crank shaft sensor..but got it check at PDT but doesnt show any failure code..??

anyways,does petrol add with water will create this kind of cranking failure??just suspected the place which i pour petrol got add in water la..

It could happen..as when there's water mixed in with the petrol, ur engine might take up some portion of the water. The water doesn't contain any octane, thus combustion cannot happen n ur engine stalls n dies off..

cos this engine stalling only happens when i pump esso at this station..hrmm...

My blacklisted Esso Station is at the SS14 roundabout there, right beside the BHP one.. twice i pump there. Twice also gg case.. The engine noisy and very poor acceleration..

Wah.. Mine is the Caltex at Jalan Genting Klang, right after the cross junction that turns into army camp/ TARC college...

xandras, do u know wat the lotus R&H consists of? is the absorber included in lotus R&H? if let say one day we change our absorber, then the lotus R&H got maintain or not?

Which is why I am quite reluctant to change my absorbers & springs to after market parts as it will not retain the original handling & comfort of the car. Just imagine this; Proton spent millions in R&D to give Persona the perfect balance of comfort & good handling that we all enjoy. We then change to aftermarket shocks to so-call 'improve' the handling. True, the handling may be improved by just a little bit but we sacrifice a lot of comfort there. I sat once in my friend's Waja with sports shocks before, really cannot tahan the bumpiness

So yes, if u change ur absorber to non OEM ones, u will not be able to keep the original handling of the car. Or at least, it won't feel the same.
