Which region is ur 3.0.1.G.0.75 update? Seems that in XDA the devs are moving on to UK region firmware, because at first they use Africa(the first one to have the GB update)?

for those who want change kit version on stock 2.3.3 firmware..i got some firmware for you to change...
juz flash with flashtool...i`ve change to sg region...

2.3.3 singapore region


2.3.3 UK region


2.3.3 Hong Kong region

Hi,Any suggestion whr to get a x10i with android 2.3?
Coz i ask around lowyat no people provide this phone with this service to upgrade.(mayb i din get the correct person).
Normally how much additional charge for these upgrade?
As i knw x10i comes with 1.6, if i upgrade it to 2.3, which is much more advance, can this phone support( no lagging etc)?

actually, what is the differences of 2.2 &2.3? does this mean if i upgrade to 2.3 my x10i is more advance then s2 2.2 os?

u ask around lowyat for this service? actually u can do it on ur own my friend... try upgrade using SEUS...juz plug usb and then update....

actually i havent got his phone, just that budget wise, this phone is cheaper compare to galaxy s. And if this phone can upgrade to 2.3, might aswell i get x10i rather than SG1 with 5 megapix only.

But i ask around lowyat, they dont sell x10i with 2.3, and i ask if i buy from them(empty os pphone), can they upgrade it? they cant....
So i am actually looking for service that sell x10i and provide installation for 2.3. Coz i am aware some shop does install apps for you, but i dont like games, i only interested my phone to have gps, flash, adobe, microsoft.

but i've seen both in action (friends phone), i end up buying X10.. mainly becos of look and how it feels when i hold it....
and now with 2.3... its even better....

how to upgrade... just plug it to u laptop, connect to internet n ur done... how hard could that be?

yeah...if u want to compare btter check the spec 1 by 1 through gsmarena or watever website that completely show specification of this both phone...
yes! the website i gave u for the application namely SEUS (sony ericsson update service)..u juz download them to your laptop or pc and install...then it will show u instruction of what u have to do next for updating to 2.3.3...

i get it...thanks alot you guys advice, i felt more confident to get x10i than galaxy s now. Did compare the spec. SG1 specs were slightly stronger but with lam camera. I still prefer SE design if it really works with 2.3.3

this 1 he using custom 2.3.3 rom...
u know what...stock 2.3.3 doesnt give us much but it is quite enough for those who dont really care about fps/certain apps that require root/quadrant benchmark and so on...
but dont worry...all the info u need if u want to custom ur 2.3.3 is all here and we all here will try to help u...

by the way...i found this camera guide...using stock cam...in xda forum..
this might help who want to take btter picture using our stock cam...
our EV+/- control in stock cam really do much compare to the other cam apps in market..
