ohh.. got roll call....

mine is black.. so as my wife's X10....

btw, until today im curious....
does any of you using BB67 for more than 24hrs?
i was testing the latest 2.1.B BB67 firmware.. all normal for the first few hours.. then market starts to become funny.. can view, but cannot install

then i downgrade the BB only to 54... same problem....

then i proceed to downgrade to old 2.1 stock firmware, 2.1.A.0.435 but upgrade only the BB to 67.. still same problem...

now im using vanilla 2.1.A.0.435 bb54.. Market back to normal....

a bit strange when most of the people claim that they dont encounter any strange behavior with BB67.... could it be my phone only? hmm.gif

during that period, were you playing with Marker a lot?
cos i was doing my restoration/installations directly from Market....
after a few hours or so, the installation fails.. although I can still browse all the apps in Market..

other things works as usual.. only Market.....

I'm using rdannar's GB rom with bb67 and got no problems with market, can download and install and battery life is great too...so far rdannar's GB rom is the most stable I've tested (it's my daily rom now), Jerpeleas's CM7.0.3 rom has some issues with some apps. I haven't try his CM7.10 yet

which is wat most people experience with BB67.....good battery life...
but my battery life on stock 2.1.B bb67 is quite poor....few hours, battery down to 70% already... on 3G and idle most of the time...
tried to reflash and clean installation the whole thing more than 3 times, all of which end up with the same market/battery problem....

i also tried EWjet 2.1.B based rom... same problem... something is just not right here...
or maybe when my phone was sent for repair last time, they use cheap replacement parts from jalan pasar... and somehow BB67 cannot work properly... sweat.gif

Have you tried to recalibrate your battery ? Try this, charge your phone to 100% then you go to xrecovery and wipe battery status. Do it once only whenever you changed roms.

One more tip, this is what I always do.

1. After I've charged my battery to 100%, switch off the phone, take out the battery.

2. Plugin the charger without battery inside make sure the power switch is on.

3. Put the battery back into the phone. The phone will switch on itself and start charging offline. Here you can see the battery level is not 100%. Don't worry. In about 15mins or so you will see the phone LED turns to green. Wait about 30 - 45 mins. Then reboot.

I'm on maxis too...bb67 should be no problem with maxis. In fact maxis can handle all the basebands from 49 - 67...
