congrats on ur successful installation man.

let say u want to fing ur way to sunway pyramid.

maku sure your gps is on.
start ur ppg!. make sure u r outside with no obstacles above u ie. tree, porch = clear sky. this is to make sure your ppg! have a good gps lock.
once its locked and showing ur current position:

-click menu
-POI Search
-key in keyword 'sunway pyramid' - 'ok'
-click 'all range' (upper left)
-click selangor (narrowing the search)
-click search
-click/select from lists of POI
-click 'GO!' (green button lower left)
-small window pops out - click 'set destination'
-let it calculate ur route n u r done.

ur current position will become ur 'start point'.

if u r using road search, u just need to key in only the road name without 'jln'. 'jln sultan' = 'sultan' and make use the all range button in narrowing down ur search.

been using ppg! x5 since i got my ace. cool. but missing the coordinate input option,

did u installed any software since that day?

me too. got myself an ACE yesterday from Senq and i haven't installed anything yet. i wanted to download papapgo but the link on the first page is no longer there. or is it just me who couldn't open it?

honestly, am a bit lost on how to download games or anything for this phone. very new to android

Hi SGA owners out there, found this thread at Android forums regarding the Screen Of Death (SOD) phenomenon. The find out out its something got to do with our WIFI dunno to believe it or not...

So, turning of your WIFI completely maybe will not make your phone suddenly turning off?? Have u guys try it before?? i haven't get my SGA yet, so thats why i do a lot of research first.

Yes it's the wifi... but I could not pinpoint WHEN it happens. There must be some trigger for it, maybe an app, a service, a setting, etc. I was running wifi happily for 4 days and nothing happened. Then 1 day it happened twice. Hmmm.

hmmm...so iam now positively its got to do sumthin with the WIFI. Android forumers from Germany also admitting the same cause of this SOD..

yes,maybe its the setting or service thats related, maybe sumday we'll figure it out. Does Samsung (SME) knows about the "fatigue" of our SGA? anybody has send it over to Samsung? and what have they done and said? i am eager to know.

i was wondering... if i have a 3G enabled postpaid sim, how can i know if the internet data is downloaded thru the wifi and not my 3G account in my SGA? Is there some sort of setting to control this?

u can turn off the packet data on setting > wireless & networks > Mobile networks

Download 3g watch dog, you can manage or view your download data usuage

anyone playing tap tap revenge here ? .. sometime when i download new song to play , it will ask me to force close it ... then all my predownload song cant be play .. need to redownload it ... zzzz ... anyone ?
