do u have gps test installed if dont look in market then go out under a clear sky on ur gps and look at the gps test see can ur phone actually detect the sats or not..

for current GB released was no 100% compatible with SGA...
you have to wait the customized GB which 100% compatible with SGA...
otherwise u may facing the same issues as zorbyss. that his GPS not functioning nicely and end up u have to downgrade to froyo...

for the time being, just switch off ur wifi while u no in use and save the battery life at the same time... hence as believe most of smart phone users using internet package, i think no issues for those owner installed whatsapp and similiar software... anyway, i switch off my wifi even though i working in office and full time for whatsapp...

bro just follow the steps they gave carefully sure ok but backup is a must do backup for everything u think is important to u...
just take ur microsd out and use partition tool to make a new ext4 partition inside it

Just use Minitool Partition Wizard. Right click and delete your sd partition. Then just right click create partition one for ext4 and one for fat32. Both primary.

Dont make the ext4 partition more than 1GB.. Or so i've been told.. Not really sure.. i just make myself a 700MB ++ ext4 partition..

Guys, like to ask, because I want to give my Ace to my gf, and I want to totally reset the phone, what will be the better way? Use the code to Hard reset or Factory reset? Of use the Data reset found in the menu will be enough. I would like to set it to just Out of Factory condition like how I first bought it.

just use the factory reset in your handphone...

it will unpack from the setup files in your handphone and reinstall whole OS again...
