QUOTE(astria @ Apr 24 2011, 12:30 AM) gaming = emphasize more on GPU... hi sifu~~CPU is not as important... besides i dun really like 4830TG due to the battery... integrated battery + dedicated GPU is a bad combo imho... when u run an intensive program, the heat produced by the CPU and GPU will affect the battery, and since there's no way u can remove the battery in 4830TG, it's like cooking it, and heat has been proven to be bad for battery cells... if u really want the battery AND performance of 4830TG, take a look at U41SV... pure performance wise N53SN is the clear winner here (quad core + GT 550M)... it's the current model in the market now... but the others won't be too shabby either since GT 540M and GT 550M are essentially the same GPU... just want to get more info, not to quote you or what (come in peace i thought that acer 4830TG can be take off the battery saw it from this website http://acer.it168.com/thread-1477437-1-1.html although it seem to be quite complicated |

AlexLai, can to add me under U41JF. btw, i really find the heat on the left side of touchpad a bit too high. Tried to put a thin mousepad (G-Shark GS-MP101) but the mousepad also got warmed up. ha ha... anyone have any idea how to block the heat?
