You just cant wait for them to sms or call. you'll have to call and ask them often so that somebody, will actually, look into the matter and update u the current situation.Added on July 24, 2011, 4:37 pmHye.... wanna ask... i already send my Razer mouse at viewnet to warranty at 18/05/2011 until now but no news.... they say they will sms me.... any idea guys? |

I've been using steelseries mouse pad for quite a long time, and I found out that it somehow makes my deathadder heavier whereas I used a cheapo RM15 mouse pad, it's lighter, anyone can recommend me a mousepad that similar to that? Goliathus?

I bought Razer Death Adder Left Hand Edition 1 and 1/2 months ago. It died at second day after i changed the polling rate to test the mouse, computer won't recognize the mouse anymore.
So i took it back the store and get a new one under warranty. This time i dont mess with anything anymore and it works until 20 minutes ago. I put my iphone next to the mouse and there was an incoming call and the razer mouse just go dead again.. I like using the mouse but am i that bad luck to get 2 faulty mouse in a row or is Razer mouse quality always like that? |

My DeathAdder like 2-3 months old, I put my hp many times next to it nothing wrong, polling rate also is at 1000Hz. So i took it back the store and get a new one under warranty.
