buying BW is a gamble. Spending less but the chances of getting bricked is high. Many problems have popped-up one by one since the launch of BW, ranging from switches to firmware.

that's why I don't buy any mechanical gaming kb up to this date,nothing suits me well

I may sounds like a Razer-basher, but I'm not. If you were here long enough, you should know very well of my previous gears. Look, if I was a SS fanboy, I would have bought a SS keyboards long time ago. Heck, my Siberia v2 is from vVv Gaming.

Pertaining the free Razer stuff, if you're more observant instead of spamming around, you should know it too.

Razer don't sell the tron mouse pad alone itself, yes? It comes bundle with the mouse. From the review, the mouse pad glow thingy only works with the tron mouse. IIRC la. =)

Buying razer is depending on luck eh? Some got perfect unit, while some got manufacturer defect unit. But since few threads back, most of the razer buyers were quite unlucky. From what I read at this razer thread so far la. =D

umm, maybe u should try listen to urself first and get some facts first.
do u know the percentage of BW rma ban leong gets? no, of cos u dont.
u are just basing it on what ppl have said here, so lets say maybe 5-10ppl.
do u know how many hundreds of BW has been sold so far in m'sia? again, of cos u dont.

its like nokia, sure can hear lots of ppl complain about problems...but how many thousands of phones they sold?
maybe percentage of complains is only around 10% of total users.

just do a simple Google search, and the results is there for you to see not just 5-10 ppl.
I don't know the percentage of BW RMA Ban Leong gets, cause most of them can be either fixed by themselve or just magically can work at Ban Leong's office.

Nokia is totally different thing mang, some are pretty good some bad, like the crappy N8.
it is not like BW, a single model of keyboard by Razer which is a well known thing. Subjective question

we are talking about percentages here, which is a figure u of cos do not know...i also know a few of the rma cases are due to pebkac errors.
and just cos a product by another manufacturer doesnt get many rma cases, doesnt mean its good, sometimes can just mean it doesnt sell as much or even sells...again percentages.
nokia is not a different thing, as again we are talking about percentages of returns.

every company sure has allowances for these kind of things...some 5%...some abit more...
but it'll be pretty stupid if it gets to even 30%...must as well close shop like that.

Yeah, enjoying it loads. Very decent keyboard. Too bad the mousepad only works with Tron Mouse. How much is it if you buy the mouse only?

Mousepad alone no but Razer do sell the mouse alone, just that Ban Leong brought in the bundle only.

With the full retail box? If it isn't with the full retail box then perhaps they took it out from the bundle box.
