Better call the Astro CS to enquire why you can view 322 when you upgraded to SuperPack 2.

@aik457: If you upgrade to SuperPack 3 and do not want B.yond PVR decoder, then there's no installation fee IF you return your old dish, old decoder, old smartcard & old remote.

Astro CS make a boo-boo with my B.yond PVR upgrade (from normal decoder). Instead of RM150 installation, the order sent to Astro installer was the old RM300 price.... Now i have to wait longer.

P.s. The promotion of RM150 install fee for B.yond PVR begins on 15 June 2011 until Sep 2011.

Also we can get the assigned Astro installer contact info upon 24-hour after order isplaced.

Finally, the Astro installer is coming to my place after the idiot mistake of the first CS agent.

1st Order placed : 15 June 2011
2nd Order placed : 21 June 2011 (expedited by the good CS officer)
Installer info received : 23 June 2011
Installed Date : 24 June 2011

Yes... you should get 2 LNB + 2 Cables provided, else you can record 2 shows simultaneously or record 1, watch 1

Finally enjoying SuperPack 3 from Astro at lower price !!!

Signal Strength
Tuner 1 : 156 (2 new cable joined)
Tuner 2 : 177 (1 new + 1 old cable joined)

Installer configured User Defined Satellite settings.. is this good or bad ?

Similar to my case except the 1st request was NOT set as RM150 B.yond PVR Installation.
Did you get the senior CS name ? Better follow each day until you get the assigned Astro Installer's name

The length of the provided cable not long enough, thus it need to be joined together

One LNB only with Dual Output
- Output 1 : New cable 20m + New Cable 20m --> plug into Tuner 1 of PVR
- Output 2 : New cable 20m + Old Cable 20m --> plug into Tuner 2 of PVR

If my TV does not process Dolby Digital, I cannot select Dolby Digital but Stereo, only ?
