so any fights going on sisi tonight?

Two 3 vs 3 in BS tonight.

Teams were:

Jos, DK and Dan vs Red, Mira and I

1st fight:

Jos: Mega, DK: Raven, Dan: Hyperion
Red: Raven, Mira: Apoc, Me: Raven

We warped in, they were 50km away and out of Mira's laser range.
Dan was primaried (again!!! ) and dieded.
They primaried me but I tanked, my shield was yo-yoing up and down.

After Dan, Jos tried to close in, but the focused fire was too much. After that, DK hung on against us three well with a good tank, but 3 vs 1 usually has only one outcome.



2nd fight:

Jos: Mega, DK: Raven, Dan: Domi
Red: Raven, Mira: Apoc, Me: Raven

We had same setup, Dan used a Domi instead.

Jos was primary, as was Red.
We took down Jos first, then DK and Dan took out Red.
Next was Dan, and his armor is a tough nut to crack, and I was worried for a while, but managed to take him out with Mira's help. They focused on Mira and took Mira out just after Dan fell.

So it was me and DK, nearly full shields, 1 vs 1, cruise vs torp.
Intense fight. Good job all.

Yesterday login early, and by 11pm I was already dead tired.

I suggest we can make SiSi a weekly event, date and time you guys can set and I'll try to be there. Everyday is too much lol

1st Fight

Was thinking DK/Dan/Jos would warp in to 0km and so i (using Apocalypse) warped in at 30km since my optimal range was around that but shit... warped in and they were 70+km away from me... Since Roland was primaried, i could buy some time to close in until JOS came in range first before Dan... so i put everything on Jos. And so Dan went down , next Jos then the really hard nut to crack Dk's Raven. He really put up quite a tank with the 3 of us focussing fire on him and so was Roland's tank..

We won the fight without losing a ship Good Fight there

2nd Fight

Changed my ship to Abaddon for more Fire Power and Red and Roland in Raven as usual. So the fight started ... warped in and Everyone was in range... Primaried Jos's Megathron and went down fast and so is Red. Next is Dan on the target and he really put up a good fight in his Domi. Was about to bring Dan down and SUddenly Dk fired on Me... OMG !! didn't fit for big tank actually so i went down 3 secs before Dan... phew that was close ...

And so.. there's the final showdown of Roland and DK's Raven.. took quite long though

And that's all about the Gun Fight...

And hey, How's the HAC fight going ?

HAC fight no.1 was dk v zed

both in cerb
needless to say both were shooting each other (not much to report since i was observing didnt have their setup)
i would venture dk was heavy t2 launchers/missiles n full set t2
zed was abing alot so not sure
this report need zed since dk nvr go lyn one lol
but winner was zed with shields nvr going past 50%

HAC fight no.2 was zed v jos

it was straight after fight 1 so zed was not as well fitted as he might want but regardless ballsy move

zed in cerb n jos in ishtar (wonder if spelt right)

this was a very interesting fight in the beginning ...zed abing away from jos while jos left loose with his hornet EC drones it was along drawn out affair with jos losing shields rather quickly the into armor but repper got to work n tank was sustainable for both. zed shot down the first wave of 5 light EC drones while jos kept chasing then jos released a 2nd wave of 5 EC drones which might have jammed zed since i observe some prlonged time of non-firing from zed (maybe reloading) but then was more then 10 secs....zed managed to get back lock (or maybe he was locking on the 2nd wave EC drones - takes a long while to do that) n then blasted the drones which jos manage to recover maybe 1 of them ...... this was where things got very interesting......

zed shields were hardly dented n jos was in armor damage (light) then zed did 180 turn n charge at jos (maybe smelling victory). once into jos optimal range, u could see zed shields actually taking alot more damage now....then the surprise came for me jos released 5 heavy combat drones (3 ogreII n 2 BerserkerII) n at the same time nos n webbed zed....woohooo i was screaming like a delighted kid who just found a packet of pot now this scenario is interesting, cerb web n nos n getting pounded by 5 heavy drones plus ishtar (cant spell) .... zed was still spamming missiles at jos...... damage went nuts on both ships, zeds shields were failing n jos hit hull n then went to 50% n started flaming i was thinking oohhh this gonna be close.... lol zed hit armor think something like 10-20% left maybe less.....but then i think jos caps went dry n his nos n web failed n zed ab-ed away once out of harmsway n started on the heavy drones (i think) anyways once out of harms way both side traded shots while slowly recovering shields n armor...it lasted a while till both sides agreed to a draw result since it was evidently that either one was not going to be able to break the other one's tank.

Result: Draw (was very exciting especially when jos got zed closed n sprung his surprise package)

AF fight Red v Zed

woooooo this one was a quickie lol

we warped in to the planet n then started closing on each other ....

i had ab on not sure abt zed but closure rate was pretty fast....i let loose with my single launcher fitted with em precision t2 missiles when in range scoring hits first n chipping away zed's shields but once into blaster range, i let loose with my other 4 light ion t2 blasters n zed did the same but the surprise was on zed's side he had nos n web fitted n instantly got me to a crawl....i switch off ab since it was draining caps n there was no way i was going to get out of it ... after that zed was always behind me around 2500metres....so it became a slugfest who was going to get the kill first lol shields down, armor down, both into hull n flaming ....i think it was very close zed maybe got like 5-10% hull left me abt the same then i went pooffffff...n screamed ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

kudos was a very good fight was very close...lol fast n furious....

after the battle zed said he was not em tanked so explains alot why my t2 lights was doing obscene damage then he was also surprise i got DCII on lol my target painter didnt work that well n zed told me would have work better with em fury instead of em precision. also my setup didnt allow room for a shield booster which might/might not have saved my backside

anyways a GF to a good night...

Not sure what he fitting but im sure he did fit some EW cos sometimes i cant lock him. Lucky i was able to pop him before i go kaboom only left 5% hull hehe

btw....smartbomb could be handy if you pvp in 0.0. I was excited when i poped all josh drones at once

guys i come across with this debate of new race bloodline. The question of achura and jin-mei. so which u all prefers? from the forums i read it show that ppl much more prefer to achura potrait. it is also argued that the achura look like a chinese and jin mei is a japanese. So what do guys think?

A second night of friendly PVP in Singularity made my night again Let's get on with my first fight of the night.

1st HAC fight:
Myself (Cerberus) vs. dk (Cerberus)

This is quite interesting actually, myself with an active tank and dk with a passive tank. Got to our destination, started locking each other up and off we go! Missiles from both Cerb was nice, knowing that dk was in a Cerb...i focused all damage type as EM. I was using AB and not MWD, all the way having speed and keeping range/orbiting to avoid unneccessary damage from missiles (don't sit still regardless) or possible NOS range. dk was kinda different and to my surprise, he was having an unusual resist, high resist! And a whole load of shield HP. Now, when i started shooting, it was quite obvious that dk had at least 1 shield extender, and i would think that it's a large. Took some time for me to finally break his tank, but in the process i was boosting my shields non-stop and using my cap injector ability, shields never went down to a degree of "danger zone". I could continue boosting shields for another 15mins or so but dk couldn't hold and finally he went down.

Nice setup from his side, a little diff (something i used to use ).

2nd HAC fight:
Myself (Cerberus) vs. Jos (Ishtar)

This is a super long match, knowing i didn't have my fit for an actual non-Caldari fight...i went on to fight to see how it goes. Firstly, we landed on grid...started locking each other and shooting came from me first. Of we go, send my missiles! Jos then releases 5 of his ECM drones on me, at this point i was quite worried. Kept my distance and hit AB orbiting Jos without any prob. I'm expecting to get jammed but it didnt happen sooner, when it did...i spam my lock button again.

Moments later, voila! Managed to start locking and off i went for the drones first...managed to kill all of it, then Jos sends another batch of ECM drones. Now im thinking, wtf? Why so many ECM drones and no damage on me...oh well, if he wants to keep jamming my ass then so be it. Again, loosing lock here and there...locking again, killing more of Jos' drones and 3 managed to run away. Jos retracted the last 3 ECM drones, at this point i was thinking...my as well charge in for the kill since im already doing 50% damage on his armor. Off i go, Jos suddenly pop 5 heavy drones and strated to NOS me.

At this very moment, i thought i could kill him before he could kill me...so i continued shooting his Ishtar for a while until he hit VERY low armor and was about to hit structure but he repped up again! WTF! I then changed my play and started killing his heavy drones while moving away again, managed to kill most of it and his damage was not significant anymore. Now my Cerberus is quite damaged, got into armor and a little hull damage. The reason why some thought i was webbed is because i was bumping Jos, i didn't wanna move out yet but had to when i changed the gameplay.

Finally, Jos is incapacitated...having not much drones and firepower to kill me, i took my time to shoot his Ishtar again but suddenly he pop ECM drones again! The remaining 3 which i didn't manage to kill, from the looks of things...i would kill him if the fight prolongs but we called it a draw since it took too long of a fight.


As for the AF fight between myself and Red, he did some summary already. So it's all good from my side, real good fight in all the events tonight that i've participated in. Looking forward to more of such friendly PVPing on Singularity, best way of optimizing your ship setups
