and for armor, it's plates. they increase HP, but add mass, reducing agility. as with many, many things, it's always better to put in damage reduction mods like membranes and hardeners and all that... really, cos you can tailor the damage reduction to the damage you're getting from that specific rat (use eveinfo.com for lvl 3 and 4), which is more effective than an plate that's got even resists across the board.

What I do hope for a change is that Destroyers to be made a lot better than Frigates are but yet inferior to Cruisers.

Plus, give Caldari a Missile Destroyer already. Why should them be using Hybrid Turrets as well. >.<

Every other race had their own specialised weapons for their Destroyers.

Gallente = Hybrid.
Minmatar = Projectile.
Amarr = Laser.
Caldari = Hybrid?! Double-u Tee Fee!

Hmm... there's no reason to why pos manager need to online their POS guns on highsec POS operations. all the guns/turrets/missile launcher should be place offline and you're only online it if there's wardec.

Sorry to hear bout the lost, its indeed an expensive lesson but need to quit because of this. I'm sure Les would get better hand on managing POS after the incidents.

Did some quick search last night got some nice quiet locations also near to some 3/10 complexes  ... definitely less camped than those in caldari space... also kernite belts  .. not sure if theres amarr navy stations nearby with agents we can use though... that one is gonna be a bummer since we are PVE foremost .. but hey sometimes go plexing also quiet nice just remember to bring along ur cruiser since its a 3/10 .... (to any1 interested in joining up with us)

is nigthfalls = Tor?? if so you want to join simple enuff as all u need to do is make one trip or move your base of operations nearer to us....

Possible forward operating base for LOLE in amarr space is Jarshitsan (Jar-shit-san) "Mr Jar full of shit" or "add ice hill"

ok LOLE have moved their ops to Amarr space in Penirgman system working on that "ministry of internal slavery" so far havent setup office since our standings still very low (also the station rental atm with our corp low standings abt ehhh was it 1 mil or 11 mil..cant remember).  Anyways once we get it up higher then either rent or change npc corps.

if some1 escrow u something n u claim escrow....the item in question drops into ur hangar where the escrow was setup (eg. u in jita n escrow setup in motsu then u claim escrow the item drops into ur hangar in motsu) so yea u still have to make ur way there to pickup the item.

P.S. Just a question here, does small guns actually work at all on anything but a Frigate and Cruiser? I mean, even my medium rails isn't doing much against a NPC Raven.

I mean using small guns against targets that are bigger than a Cruiser.

My Vexor have medium hybrid turrets and have no problem tracking a motionless Raven.

The problem lies on me unable to break its shield at all. >.<

And if I do fit my Vexor with small guns to track frigates, will my Vexor be totally useless against ships bigger than Cruisers?
