CS for HSBC has been very poor for the past 2 years.
took them ages for them to answer my question in tele banking

Besides, Security device is a nonsense if you dont open a saving account. I request I do not care about your corporate Social responsiblity to cut paper but i wan my statement to be deliver to my house.

They cut my statement without giving notice for 2 month. Charge me late charges somemore! zzz

I received my paper statement. After several complains and also visit to the branch.
Besides, i also CC 2 letter to Bank Negara in regards certain empty promises which i noted the person who i talk to.

i remember when HSBC had thier promo for 10* rewards points 2 years back

almost like this from 12-3 pm. 10* point
from 3-7 3*
for dec31 25 and 1 20*

i purchased during thier 12-3 and till now, haven;t receive any.! zzzz hate hsbc!

DID not send me CC statement for 2 month already... Got charged interested!!
I told they CS , How am i suppose to pay if i don;t even know how much i owe and I dont want to open account in your bank.....

SO many password required and etc... TELEBANKING, online banking has 2 password ( if you dont have security tag or shit)

They said will waived for me and resend my 2 month statement.. USELESS!

Example.. Get Rebate of 8% if u spend more than RM 3000 LOL!!

I cancelled my HSBC card on April 2012.
May 2012 still received their Abusive SMSes on Personal Loan and sms Promotion etc..
