Lousy hsbc..18 july approved d now still not receive the card yet. Call to cs keep saying need wait longer.. then I received sms mentioned to entitle the huawei pad need swipe 1.5k within 30days started from 18july.. really poor service..

Card received on 8/8. Swipe accumulated rm1.5k before 13/8.
Just to share with u guys.. They count 30days from welcome letter date (approved date) which is 18/7 (for my case) Some ppl might think start count from card receive date. Really slow for their card delivery as they using normal post (dangerous!).. |

My 1st cc is from hsbc 7years ago.. it take 3 days to approve and 5days to deliver to my doorstep..
