Hi guys, I heard about the HSBC card upgrade exercise as well. Just want to know for those who upgrade from gold to platinum, does it mean u only can upgrade to platinum when your gold card is about to expire? Or we can just request them to upgrade even the gold card is not expired? Any document needed for the upgrade? Thanks
