For HSBC Visa Signature, if I fail to have 12 transactions a year and I am charged annual fee of RM600 and GST of RM50, can I cancel the card and refuse to pay both the annual fee and GST? Assume I have just been charged this month.

What I mean is is it too late to cancel the card after I have been charged?
