QUOTE(onghy @ Apr 15 2011, 09:20 AM) why we cant control shutter speed? because we canot control aperture, if you want long shutter speed, but N8's aperture stil wide open...... ur picture dapao d.... Even a f/2.8 the Egg still struggles in low light and that's where long shutter speed comes into play. It'll be helpful if full manual control over the shutter speed is available. But then the N8 is still a phone rather than a camera so it's understandable.

Installed ShutterPro already. Honestly it's a bit too sluggish for my liking.

Agreed that the default camm app is still much better but ShutterPro is just only started. Guess we should give it a chance to improve. Climate Control by Alex C O Lim, on Flickr Taken with normal camera app.

QUOTE(aspire2oo6 @ Apr 18 2011, 12:11 PM) Sifu better don't say old lady later someone will get angry. Haha change first tell u later. We was waiting for Alex kids to come ma. We was still at the starbucks. U ask Andy we got a lot nice shots but just ppl keep blocking our view. Alex some more keep flashing themI was not flashing them lar... you made it sound so obscene. Rather I was shooting with my flash gun on and assisting my other mates by giving them more ambient light.

No problem bro. BTW, I just really love the S95 and decided to bring it to Laos instead of the big gun. Then I will have two really super cameras with me.

Okay, okay. Confirmed that it's not Crys and she was wearing a really sexy blue skirt that day. For those of you who went back early yesterday, you all missed out on the dusk shot of KLCC against the clear blue sky. KLCC At Dusk by Alex C O Lim, on Flickr

QUOTE(SweetPuff @ Apr 18 2011, 04:27 PM) Another one. Same settings. But not as sharp as some of the sifus here: Added on April 18, 2011, 4:27 pmErrr... what's the URL? Taken thru the aquariam glass and you want sharp? From what I see, it's very good already. Just play a bit with the WB as sifu Chan mentioned and don't be afraid to try manual settings to ISO, EV, Contrast and others to see the different effects that it gives you.
