We're a joke, injuries, wilkins sacked, strong relegation fight etc. If we continues to play the manager like this, no matter who we bring in, it's all ended with a sad fullstop.

Exactly, 433 and 442 is a very inflexible formation,it can be incredibly effective but once the opponent crack the code of the team, it's won't work. Unless you change the tactics. That's what happened to our team.
We played 433. Same players. Same tactics. The players have no spirit, they're taking Carlo as a dead man walking. I wonder do Carlo still have the power in the dressing room,I doubt that. Players have no spirit to fight for their place since they can even start when they played badly. Just imagine you were the player, you don't need to play excellently yet you can start. No point playing for so hard right? The players have no pressure at all.

Back to formation and tactics. We have no creativity. We have no width. Too predictable. Sometimes, i don't know what the hell is our midfield doing. They were running up, running back for nothing. The players played without a plan. No link up. Nothing. Nothing. Zero.
It's really sad to say that we Chelsea have this moment. It's a shame.

Our midfield is totally out of shaped. Since we sold Ballack, Deco, Joe Cole, we have no a proper playmarker playing or a good passer. It's a huge problem because it's really hard to reform a midfield in one season. It's a big mission for the next manager to settle our midfield. At least get a playmarker and wing. Especially our left wing. Mata, Sanchez, Neymar are all good choices at the left. They're young too.

Hiddink+Zola/Wilkins should be awesome. Good enough. I don't mind Jose+Hiddink too

Silva is not playing on left wing. He's playing more in a central role and he's doing pretty well. He's a big star player in MCY now and I don't think we can get him and also we shouldn't spend the money on him. Better spend on other players.
