Hi, actually you and gry got some right points. I just don't agree with gry's statement that we have to sack Carlo.
You're pretty right, we need wings, we need a playmarker.
I watched back our first few matches in this season which we ramped West Brom, Blackpool and also last season Aston Villa, Wigan,Sunderland matches.
I got shocked. Seriously shocked. I almost speechless!
It's all about decision making and the passing. Our passing were good in those days and also our decisions making are fast and correct.

I got frustrated a lot in this season with our players decision making. They seems clueless sometimes.
They don't know should they bring the ball forward or pass it to somebody.
Sometimes, they don't know should they cross the ball or dribble the ball into the penalty box or not.
They don't know should they pass the ball to the flanks or attack it in a narrow way.
While the players are off the ball, they got caught making the wrong run, pressing at the wrong time etc.
It's clueless. It's frustrating.
Decision making is a big part of the game, when you got your decision correct, it can break through your opponent defense. If you make it wrong, it might waste a big chance for attacking or even lead to concede a goal.
Not only correct decision making, the players have to make it right in a quick way.
Volrath said we don't have counter attack, I agree. Because our decision making are soo slow. Extremely slow. I always see our players take more than 2 secs on a decision. Then it ends up the opponent players go back to their penalty box to help for defense and it eventually form a big bus that we can't break it easily.

I am not sure whether can Sturridge work there, but I watched some Bolton matches, he played there and it's not bad.
If Ramires plays, he can always switch place with Sturridge.
Drogba definetely need some rest next season.
If Malouda is on top form, he can fill the boots at the left wing there. But definitely he isn't on a great form. We need to invest on a left wing and a playmarker. Well, it's really hard to talk on the paper, but this is an interesting talk! Would like to hear these from more of you guys

I was just wanna talk about our players decisions making skill.
And I am sorry, Kalou and Malouda are the worst decision making players in our squad.
Especially Malouda. I lost my count on him doing the wrong decisions in one match.
Kalou too, he's also disappointing.Kalou and Malouda made a lot of wrong decisions,SO FRUSTRATING. Sometimes they have space, they have place to run with. But they do some square pass or back pass instead of turning their body and move forward.
Sometimes others players are making some good run, but they pass to another player instead to pass into those players that are making some good runs.

I watched a lot of our previous matches recently, including losses and victory, and what I found out is, something is wrong with our decision making. This is pretty scary, because it's very hard to correct this

I never own a Chelsea jersey, I am very young.
I will try to get the jersey for next season, I love that jersey! How much will the jersey cost around?

Seeing all the news about Carlo exit, I am getting more frustrating. He's doing really good, even we lost the title( unless miracle happens), but we actually did pretty good. This season is a competitive season, Wolve can beat Chelsea, MU. It's like ANYONE can beat ANYONE.
This is Premier League, not La Liga.

And it's actually a very tough job to maintain a team performance while all the players were aging. Our last season success:
Drogba, Kalou, Lampard, Malouda.

Drogba has been poor since he got malaria then only got back his form on March. Kalou has been consistently inconsistent. Lampard is a big miss in the the mid season. Malouda has been very poor this season.

I want Carlo to stay.

No kids in this match, Carlo wanna play the best.

Carlo have to build up torres confidence,look at he when he was full of confidence, he just hit the ball with full of confidence and it's at the back of the net!
I always see him lack of confidence since he joined us. He always wait the ball going into a better position before he hit it, but he was always too late.

Most of the goals he scored, he just take a brilliant touch and shoot/tap the ball in. Torres, NO MORE WAITING.
JUST BANG THE BALL INTO TOWARDS THE OPPONENT GOAL!

Definitely watching it. But the my slow internet connection always stop me from watching it
I can see Carlo wanted to do a lot of changes but he worried that it will be too dangerous.

Which goal you voted guys? I voted Kalou against Wolverhampton. Great first touch football, great finish. That's what we're lacking in our last third attacking pass.

Waseh. We're all messed up.

Our midfield have no width, no creativity, no delivery. How to score goals?

All the players are always in out of position.
All of them go anywhere they want. Carlo have to set their mind.
"WE"RE PLAYING ..."
Suddenly the player in 442, suddenly they were in diamond, suddenly they were in 433 suddenly they were in 451.
They don't even know what formation they're playing.

It's messed up. Awful to watch.

When Meireles is out, they're clueless too. Just as what happened to us.

Carlo, do you know that's your mistake this time?

When we invest on Torres, first,
1. we should get rid of Anelka and Kalou.and start benching Drogba.
2. Torres need delivery, you have to place a playmarker and a anchor player.
3. You have to set our players mind about what formation they're playing.
4. We need wingers and playmarker.

I really want a playmarker. Josh is not bad, but he can't do much like he can terror the whole midfield alone. He need somebody to help him.
I would like somebody like Modric, Adam etc. Parker or Hitzlsperger should be a cheeky punt and cheap punt while West Ham is being relegated.
I think everyone knows Parker, and Hitzlsperger is an awesome left footed player. Creative, have a very good long shot ability.

About winger, we really need them. Premier League defense has been shaky against wing attack. Look at MU, they bring the ball with two flanks SOOO easily. I would like some wingers that run along the touch line, and cross the ball. Example, somebody like Valencia. You got that image already right?
