I called 1-800-88-6998. I notice their email support is almost non-existent when comes to enquiring about products. Actually, i still havent got a reply from them. |

Get 1215B if you need USB 3.0 and fast availability. Hmm, HP online store selling the dm1-4010au at 1299myr, cheaper?

The extra RM200 is for Windows 7 Home Basic 64. RM1099 gets you Windows 7 Starter 32bit only. It's all there on the HP website.
