U Mobile are in the midst of major upgrade since yesterday.

Use UMI if the free SMS and minutes is useful to you.

Use MB if you want more data quota and don't need the freebies.

Both are good deals, it just depends on your needs.

DG always discriminates against prepaid customers with lower data speed than postpaid users.

Umobile prepaid is the winner here, their 3G speed will always beat DG prepaid.

Only one top up is needed before the IDD call, unless it's your first top up after activation.

Firat step is only necessary if your sim is newly activated.

It's recommended to make the IDD call same day.

Auto-renewal can be both a convenience and a nuisance, depending on the circumstances.

Most of us have had bad experiences with prepaid from time to time.

The victim should learn from it and move on. Next time, will be wiser.

You just need to top up to get the free calls.

Example, top up RM10 you get 10 days free calls, except it's limited to one hour per day and the calls are charged in the evening.

However, if you subscribe UMI, the UMI minutes will be deducted first even when you call U number.

the free U-U call is charged 7pm ~ midnight
