I'm using Abit AI7 mobo.
I have try to open up the casing but it only drop by 1 or 2C only. When I get a 12cm fan and blow to the PWM area by holding the fan with my hand it drop by 10C.

I got an AI7 also,i found that the PWM area is very hot.Mine one about 70 degree C then it restart automatically already.I didn't let the PWM goes so high.I found that my proc temperature will be also going high even at idle mode,53-54 degree C . sweat.gif At last use back my IC7-G mobo, then the proc area temp goes down to 47 degree C.

Seem like nothing much can be done except adding side case colling fan to cool down the PWM temperature of an AI7 mobo.

I also afraid over stress the PWM cause i personally feel too hot on that area. sweat.gif But that is a very good mobo to do overclcoking also as the Vdimm can reach 3.3V .

Load temperature 75 degree celcius, that's preety high.Better look for a better heatsink.Running in long term will shorten the processor's life span.
