Actually David Platt never really set Highbury on fire, and you will never find him on any Gooner's top 25 list. He was good at Aston Villa and Sampdoria.

hey, i didnt watch the games when barcelona vs arsenal in cl tis year and last year. But, were they play acting too in those 4 games?

The polo shirt has received quite a good response in many other forums, but I think our new home kit is fine.

Why are the players wearing white socks in the promo clip? Aren't we supposed to have red socks instead? Red socks look so much nicer.

The new crest looks great in monochrome although I would prefer to see the return of "Victoria Concordia Cresit" instead of "Forward", which doesn't really mean much. For what it's worth, when we changed our logo in 2002 the cannon was deliberately changed to face right to signify the way forward, hence we don't really need to words "Forward" to tell us that.

Frustrated players... interesting. Like what le Boss said, Nicklas has potential and should stay, but he's not a player that any one will lose sleep should he decide to seek greener pastures. Gibbs hasn't convinced many that he is ready, but we've gotta sort of Clichy quickly. Gael's being criticised as the weakest link in our defence and fair enough he has made a fair share of errors, but he's still our best LB and without him we're actually much worse. Maybe Arsene already has eyes on someone else on the market in that particular position.
