ON Whey is whey isolate and Myofusion is a blend. google it.

if you think myofusion is expensive at that price, have you checked celltech's pricing yet?

and yes, you can mix it with creatine. iirc myofusion is only RM10 or RM20 more expensive compared to ON right?

lotsa rich people here. im struggling to keep up with my food bills as it is, but to buy 4 protein tubs at once is just plain overkill for me.

its protein.
in powder form.
thats it.
if it doesnt "work" you probably are not eating enough. i still think supps is only a part of the equation. there are so many things that can affect your growth, and most of the time its not gonna be supps.

tried doing some fasted workouts today, still able to get a PR on DB shoulder presses heh! 72lbs x 5! ate a foot long sub sandwich, roast beef + additional roast beef and the works. but fasting is totally shit. and i only fasted for like 8 hours.

no, not really. my performance has been the same with or without extend. if you want better performance you should go for pre workout supps like nox or superpump.

last week? wait for a month at least before even considering supps imo. learn what each supp do and buy according to your needs. solidify your training routine and form.

I guess its really up to the individual then. Myself I don't think supplements should even come to mind when you've just started. Maybe I'm jus tradisional that way haha.

Way more things to care about, routines, effective exercises, form etc. You'll still grow. More than enough time for supps later if you're in it for the long run.

Supps should not be needed in order to grow, imo. Optimise growth, yes. But you should have the mentality that you WILL grow without supps.
