Any of you have other ISPs like Maxis, DiGi and so on? If other ISPs are facing the same issue then very likely an international cable broke causing slow access to international sites/servers.

Mine still not normal although can feel some improvements with more international sites. Some sites still have issues like Vimeo. I think restoration is being carried out area by area.
