Quiz: why when corner we want to put the knee down?
QUOTE(Are_keem @ Apr 10 2011, 06:43 PM)
yea, when take corner especially a lil sharp one, I felt weird if I didn't sticking out my leg. felt less stable also..
weight-shifting..so u can get more force to stick the tire on the road..also avoiding the gravity throw u and ur bike..
knee only act as a ruler..so u can know when u have reach the max lean angle...

Actually, on the road, it should be a limit of how low u should go.
On the track, its a lean indicator.

haha..sounds good here..about knee down a.k.a meleper..tempat den they all say 'BRECEK'...haha
[WTA] - During taking corners for knee down, should i use front brake or rear brake..one of my fren said, most cubprix racer use front brake?..izzit safe?..cuz i'd experienced taking corners at roundabout n press a little front brake..my R.I.P RX-Z n me myself was crashed n burned..sigh..
alexei : agv k3 only rm6++ for clearance?..can give me da link bro regarding that helmet..hehe
Added on April 11, 2011, 3:57 amif anyone of nakama here want to go to 'SA WA DI KAP'..let me know eh..want to follow too..huhu
avoid using brake while cornering...the best is u do the braking before u enter the corner..
usually when i realize my speed in cornering is way too much, what is do is..
-set the bike upright a bit, drop the gear and release the clutch smoothly, but fast...and lean into corner again while watching my throttle so i can maintain my grip...
u can ask yus about this since he is our "track-boy"
also can ask him to teach u in detail and in person
