well they think that if "discuss", it is to go in and agree with whatever they say coz they are "tuan rumah" and we as guest must go in and say "ah corek corek corek" Lingam style. Of course discussions have different opinions and ideology, the most important is to able to take in what others see and the logic behind what they say. This one a bit disagree, straight away say trolling.

There's a reason why Ryan Giggs still gets as much first team action as he does at 37 years old, even with so many youngsters around. It's versatility and a properly screwed-on head for timing.

You can't replace a Ryan Giggs with a Gabriel Obertan for when the guy eventually retires. You can however replace him with a Gareth Bale. The fact that he's Welsh as well is icing wink.gif

Yeah, I haven't been impressed with Obertan, and would be more than happy to send him the other way with some money as part of the deal.
*
Well unfortunately u aren't the manager of MU, and fergie is still good with Obertan so he's gonna stay.

And why replace Giggs with Bale? Why not go all the way and get Messi? Messi > Bale anyway, as like Bale > Obertan.

Messi? It's called being realistic, rather than thinking fantasy football.
*
Oh so Bale is realistic huh? laugh.gif listen to yourself, criticizing me when im just mimicking transfer muppets.

Lol ok maybe it is realistic to meet redknapp's demand of 80 million for bale. After all that's what bale is worth right? I mean he's going to play until his late 30s as well and be a club legend like Giggs.

Never mind. You're not worth it.

Since you're not interested in a civil discussion, I'll just file you away as a bait monkey.
*
Ok, let's discuss this seriously. Ok Giggs gonna retire. But we have a whole fleet of wingers. We have Nani. Don't forget when Valencia is in the squad, Nani will be on the left. Then we have Park. In BIG games, Park will give both Nani and Valencia a run of their spot on the wing. And even in the very rare event of both Nani and Park are out, like we had a few weeks ago, our Fabio proved he got the pace to play up front. As for Obertan, he could yet be a great player. So we actually have 4 capable and potential left wingers even after Giggs retire.

It's not that i cant discuss civilly. But each time when there's a transfer discussion, these names will come up: Bale, Modric, Sneidjer, Schweinsteiger and so on. Yes, they are great player. Yes, most of us probably agree they can make a team better. But before going on and talking about why we SHOULD get them, stop for a moment and look at the team, the players we have, the potential they've got, SAF's transfer policy, the team's tactics, and as for that player, his attributes, his attitude, his potential, his wage demands, his agent's style etc. After considering all this, you will them realize why most of these players won't end up at MU.

So my advice is while u are a supporter of MU, we continue to support our own player until the day they really leVe the club, and only support an outside player the moment they step into the club. A player will only leave United if he is at a cross road with the gaffer, or if there is really no choice and unfair for that player if he continues to not being a first teamer. A lot of our own youngsters are released with the best of luck coz we know they won't be making a big impact in the first team, so as long as Obertan wants to be here, and the gaffer wants him here, then he will be here and we as SUPPORTERS will continue supporting him.

Rooney's bicycle. a few reasons:

1. thats a winning goal. while Berba's 3 goals against Liverpool is all important because if not then Liverpool would have been 0-2, but his overhead kick is the 2nd goal and at the point of scoring, isnt a point-changing goal.

2. Rooney hit it directly unlike berba who controlled it first, so unlike Berba, Rooney doesnt have the privilege to set the ball to where he wants it to be (ie. he gotta adjust himself to the ball, while Berba adjusted the ball for a kick).

3. It is more difficult for someone like Rooney to do such a kick as compared to Berba. Analogy: if both a math teacher and a 3 year old kid can solve the question "5X4+3", who will you call a genius?

But berba's goal will come 2nd no doubt. my reasoning above is just between Rooney's and Berba's, not to downplay Berba's awesomeness at all.

The only fault is 2 players.  berbatov for missing sitters and carrick for giving away the goal. Especially berbatov chica would have easily got a hat trick in the 1st half.

Rooney to responsible too as his swearing cost united lost a top player ...
*
Will you say this had Berba finished his 2 chances in the game? Or Chica scored a brace to perform a comback? Had we win i dare say, nobody would even think of Rooney's ban.

Its easy for us to look back and go on a hindsight mode. If this, if that. Whatever happen, happens. The player doesnt do their job just to please you, or us the fans. We chose to support the team, so please dont hold the players or managers in contempt when they made a mistake.

And im saying in general and not pointing at you, all the talks of sell Carrick la, Berbatov off next season la, Scholes a liability to the team when playing la. It makes me sick. All the glory they bring us, Scholes over the past decade and half. Berba with his goals this season, including LIVERPOOL HATTRICK. All go down the drain just because of a 90 minute FA Cup semi final. People do take things for granted. All im asking, is for all of us here to reflect a bit before even considering "blaming".

Now I also more worry Chelsea than Arsenal. Chelsea remaining fixtures have 4 home games and 2 away games. Arsenal terbalik, 2 home games and 4 away games. While we 3 home games and 2 away games. Now this really test our squad depth. Our CL games is put before Arsenal and Chelsea. Really should start buck up and can't afford lose anymore points hmm.gif
*
Well whether they are dangerous or not, I wanna wait till tumoro then look at the fixtures again smile.gif but yes on paper Chelsea do look to have a better run in than arsenal, not to mention Chelsea always ends strong. Either way, we still have fixtures against both of them. Interesting to note that out of arsenal's 2 home game, one of them is against us (but our away records aren't pretty too). Gonna wait for tumoro's game and see the last 5 games smile.gif

I know people are hyping up that Arsenal had an excellent record against Tottenham. But dont forget that their last 2 meetings ended with a Tott win, 2-1 at WHL last season and the 3-2 win at Emirates this season. While the first was somewhat like a jinx break and the 2nd one is quite a fortunate result in terms of comeback, i do think Tottenham themselves can look at breaking the North London supremacy against Arsenal on a consistent basis. Most important is, the players needs to think so wink.gif

Its interesting to note that Arsenal have celebration called St. Totteringham's day, which will be the day that Tottenham will be mathematically impossible to finish above Arsenal in that season. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/St._Tottering...ringham.27s_day

Compare to them, the Manchester Derby is nothing!

Kraft is pretty decent i would say. For some reason he is under the radar. Reminds me of Cheese Kraft laugh.gif

To be honest, I dont know much about defour besides that SAF is in contact with him.

Well yeah, guess he's going to bayern. Their first choice keeper is quite old already.

Guess we'll stick with de gea.

bukannya stress, but for so long ady Neuer said he wont leave Germany. but asyik Neuer je nama yang keluar. I am hoping the transfer discussions on transfers here is based on suitability as well as availability/chances of getting them, instead of just harping names. Then when the "seniors" label us as transfer muppets, butthurt pulak.
