Hi all,

I do this routine: Click here

My third time doing this routine, my right knee felt pain whenever I squat. Could this be dangerous/harmful?

By the way, how would this workout fare against the other one (The Zero Excuses Workout)?

The dumbbells I use are 4KG each (using two).

My main objective is to get visible six-pack abs. thumbup.gif

So you mean when I do squats, I shouldn't go low until my thighs are parallel to the ground?

Nope, diet-wise I don't care at all. Lol.

Do "The Zero Excuses Workout", maximum 30 minutes for the entire routine + warm-up. brows.gif

But honestly, I cannot finish the entire circuit. I can finish 1.5 circuits only - very taxing. sweat.gif

yes, exactly what i mean and you wanna do it slowly and steady if u don't want to further hurt ur knee joints.

Ok I'll go less lower next time.

Also, because I cannot finish the circuits (3), is it OK to halve the reps for all exercises?

Listen to your body, mate. I went bat-shiat nuts on the shoulders presses last Sunday and I'm still feeling slight discomfort whenever I move my left arm awkwardly.

Rest, recover and get back in the game refreshed.
