First of all, bear in mind that piracy discussions are not allowed in this forum.

Seriously,  I'd advise you to support the devs by purchasing their apps. Most of them are dirt cheap and affordable.

You shouldn't be complaining if you're getting the apps through Applanet. Cheapskate. May the luck be with you.

Totally agree. U can afford RM2k phone but u can't even afford to pay for apps?? shakehead.gif Those apps/games ain't that expensive either

you're out of luck then...cant think of any way to get it out without being able to see anything..you need to launch the app to allow myphoneexplorer to connect..if u cant even do that, then no hope...

Anyone know of an Android app that keeps track of price changes in the Market? Something AppShopper for Apple App Store.

hey guys,
jus recently run out of internal memory of my arc s and I start to move my apps to to sd card.
Then I find out one thing:
Why does an app that is 20Mb in internal memory become only 1Mb when I move it to sd card?
It happens to most apps. The thing is that they still consume internal memory although I have moved them to sd card. I just can't move them completely.

not all apps can transfer to sd card...
some apps use internal memory as base because they have widget or must keep running when you boot your phone..
when your phone boot, it will run through internal memory first...

I do not think that the stock SMS app will read form SIM card. You can try finding something in the settings.

If there is none, look for messaging apps in the market. GO SMS, Handcent. They may do the job.

1st Q: I have not find any reliable one especially when theft are cleaver by turn off the phone.

2nd Q: If I'm not mistaken Galaxy Ace will automatically choose either storage and you can't choose it... But if you on custom ROM especially CM based ROM. There is option for that in CM Setting menu.

3rd Q: Cyanogenmod (CM) was a group of Android user who offered custom ROM and Kernel for Android device.

According to my observations on my galaxy ace, even non-widgets can't completely move to sd card. It is written that it has been moved to sd. But I notice that a big part of the app/game stays in the internal storage, not only the data as i thought. I tried app2sd, no difference sad.gif Any solutions other than root?

actually moving to SD would move MOST of the app to SD while the core parts of the app remains in internal. some data like cache would remain internal unless the app is designed to make use of the SD for cache purposes - for instance the default browser uses internal memory for browser cache while dolphin browser hd has an option to allow you to use SD card for caching purposes. in any case, dont install too many apps on a phone with lower internal memory and you will survive.

if you want to move some apps that CANT be moved to SD card, you can try this method that i've written for the nexus one which should theoretically work on any handset(no root required):
