Only the 2nd auction and got ppl already grab the unit. Meaning it is only 10% cheaper than subsale pricing.
Wow. Very rare to find in lelong market today. Normally 3rd auction and onwards only ppl will try.

Unit sold at reserve price 864k moments ago. Single bidder win unchallenged.
Once again, only 10% cheaper than subsale market, got buyer already willing to grab a unit here.

p/s: Owner of the unit attended the auction as well. No idea for what. Maybe hoping can fetch a better price through bid fighting.

Another lelong unit sold yesterday. This time is owner still occupied unit.
But doesnt seems to affect the demand here.
Attracted 5 bidders fight. From 891K.
Sold at 1.015M. Last round reserve price was at 990K and yet nobody interested. As usual.
